This one has an interesting story – it was regected by all the family when they were clearing the farm, one of the daughters decided to take it. It was standing up on it’s end on a dirt floor and over the years it rotted into the ground so that when I got it – one third of it had perished into the ground – I made the whole cabinet shorter and built a new end from period wood – the family was very jealous of the out come of the piece – the client was thrilled of course, circa 1910
